Complaint against Shoprite Pritchard

I went to Shoprite Pritchard.Manager call Promise she is so disrespectful shouting staff members and pointing a finger screaming.i went to her for assistance but the attitude she gave me it's was horrible .poor service a manager who can't treat her staff members so bad with no respect it's highly impossible to treat customer fairly.who is she screaming in front of customer n staffmember.the staff member should put in a grivancy against her. The cashier who was treated bad : cashier number 79 money market.
