Complaint against shoprite Gezina Pretoria

I had a terrible experience at shoprite Gezina pretoria where I bought 5liter ice cream when I got home it was off, half full and even experied, i took it back and i was not happy the way the branch manager Anne Nel handled my complaint on front of her black assistant manager Tony in a ****** manner unapologic saying I should have opened the ice cream and inspect it before leaving the store its my responsibility to do that, she said she can not do anything, I have pictures of the even and recording within the even to support my case, if an assistant manager cant be my witness
