Complaint about treating us like *******

We were treated like ******* yesterday me n my colleague .. we always shop there almost everyday after work I buy essential but yesterday’s treatment was not tolerated unfortunately you lost one customer .. we did our shopping and refilled water so since we come with our own container theres no bar code to scan you just put on the counter to show that you busing water .. but yesterday that didn’t look like buying but still because apparently the cashier says she didn’t ring the water but we did put on the counter we thought she’s done them put it back to the trolley as we were chatting to each other me and my colleague only to find that it was not rang when we got to the door when checking there’s no water on the slip ahhh we took it light and went straight to the cashier but the security said we must follow him to the office for what reason we didn’t know then suddenly there’s lots of security control people And saying we removed the item before they rang it , I mean if we wanted to ***** why in the first place did we put it on the counter to be rang And one manager said we should do the same thing next time what thing I couldn’t understand coz we were not trying to ***** but to buy there as we always do after work .. if you can check my extra saving it’s almost twice a week I buy at Shoprite in a matter fact I was buying alone I think this was the plan because I remember one security saying kanti were do IWork coz I always come there around 5:30 pm I told her but you could see by the mistry shopper that they actually patrolling me but didn’t mind that coz I always come there to buy as if said check my extra saving transaction then come back tell me if I look like a ***** and why would we buy some much and withdraw cash only to ***** refill water
