Complaint about the quality of plastic bags

I would like to express my gratitude with Shoprite. I had an issue with the quality of their plastic bags. They easily get torn and I complained about that and the response I received was pleasing although they haven't change the quality of their plstics.

Couple of months ago, their plastics were good and I don't know why they changed them. I mean some of us have to get on taxis with these plastic bags and they get torn easily, especially when you buy somethings in boxes like coffee creamer etc.

I hope they'll sort this out because buying a bag on another shop while I did my shopping with Shoprite isn't good at all.
