Complaint about Thakasile Mvula a Cashier at Shoprite jabulani mall

To get straight to the point, I was at Jabulani Mall shoprite in the afternoon just before it got dark outside when a Cashier by the name of Thakasile Mvula, we ask for send cash withdrawal , she asks us for a card, doesn't specify which card, we inform her we left our wallets at home, she proceeded to ask us for a C number and a pin we gave her that info, then she said the money needs a card, again she doesn't specify which card, I leave the cashier, leaving my partner and child at the till I go to the capitec atm to withdraw money, by this time it's getting dark outside, I struggle to get the money, only to return to the till to discover Thakasile Mvula the cashier has miraculously withdrew the money then proceeded to argue with my partner before giving her the money, money we were going to use to buy some items breakfast, I feel she was rude to us, didn't either have adequate training or was just a clumsy cashier who didn't feel the need to specify weather she needed a extra savings card or bank card when she said the money needed a card not only that by the time the whole ordeal was done it was dark outside and I still had a long walk home with my family, potentially putting us at risk of being ******, or attacked by ppl who sleep outside not to far away from the premises of the mall , Pls may shoprite management in jabulani mall deal with the matter as the service I received was not only bad but could've potentially put me and my family's lives at risk
