Complaint about service

Very very poor service I received yesterday at Shoprite Glen Ridge, I queued for cash back when I got to the till the guy tells me he doesn't have money I must go queue again and making a joke out of all that with his colleagues as well as their supervisor by the name of Dinah who also didn't even take note of me
