I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the poor customer service at Shoprite Pangami, Thohoyandou. As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of service, but unfortunately, my recent experiences at this store have been frustrating and disappointing.

Here are the main issues I have encountered: 1. Unprofessional and Unhelpful Staff – Many staff members are rude and unwilling to assist customers when approached for help. 2. Long Checkout Queues – The store often has long queues, with only a few cashiers available, leading to unnecessary delays. 3. Disorganized Store Layout and Stock Issues – Essential items are frequently out of stock, and store aisles are cluttered, making shopping inconvenient. 4. Lack of Cleanliness – Certain sections of the store, including fresh produce and checkout counters, are not properly maintained.

These issues not only make shopping difficult but also reflect poorly on the Shoprite brand, which is known for affordability and customer satisfaction.

I urge Shoprite’s management to address these concerns by improving staff training, ensuring better stock management, and optimizing checkout efficiency.
