Complaint about cashiers

I was using the intellimali card which is my allowance card, in which we're allowed to withdraw from Checkers, ShopRite and Usave.. I politely asked a cashier to withdraw R1000 or at least R500 in Checkers festival mall she gave me attitude, telling me that she doesn't have that amount I went till to till asking for money and they all gave me attitude until a cashier gave me the amount with attitude.. I had to walk around Kempton park looking for another branch when I got to BIG D ShopRite the same thing happened I then asked for the manager then that's when the cashiers assisted me.. I had the worst experience l, the treatment I got I almost cried!! Can you please advice your cashiers to assist us because we are not there for their attitudes. When we go to your stores we expect them to assist us but instead we are getting the opposite
