Complaint

I had a very Bad experience at Shoprite today one of you staff members by the name of Nomasonto who is a Front end controller, Your staff member literally pulled me very rough by my Hand embarrassing me in Front of customers. I work in the same centre we normally don't stand in ques they literally took me from one cashier to another while they helped the staff that works in the mall I stood there until my patience ran out time is running and am supposed to be working, I left the Coffee that I had because the last cashier I asked she Said "Angfuni " that's Ayanda . That's when she pulled me and Said I must take back the coffee where I got it . I don't know if that's the right way to treat customers , is that how you train your staff to handle customers am very disappointed . I hope something thing will be done about this
