Complaint

Hi, my name is peace and this is not a review but rather a complaint to shoprite Mabopane central city. On the 2nd of May 2025 I went to shoprite per norm to do shopping, while at the meat isle specifically the hake freezer, I was electrocuted by their freezer and the staff somehow concluded that it was a medical condition called "Fids" of which I don't have that condition and never did. I was dismissed and not heard,Till this day im not well as I have body pains, headache and i have burnt marks on my feet to show that indeed it was an electric shock. Please assist further.
