complaint

I deposited money at ShopRite meadowlands on the 22/07/2020 amount R700.99 ,on that same day I got a call from people saying they are from ShopRite saying the pin I entered is not working so I gave them the pin so that they can correct everything ,after that I went to ShopRite meadowlands immediately to find out the whole truth ,but when I got there it was too late the money was already been withdrawn so they advice me to go open a case at the police station which I did ,so my concern is what is ShopRite doing about this because want refund of my money
