complaint

went to shoprite Usave at Emndeni to withdraw funds using my Licence which is something that i used to do at many shoprite stores and i never had problems. i went in and asked to withdraw but the consultant just ask me to move to the side and helped the lady who was standing behind me as she had staff to pay for. and he served two people before me. when everyone was done then he came to me asking for ID i gave him my licence he just pulled his hand back and it fell and he said we dont accept licence we need Original id. i asked but i always withdraw with a licence why dont u wanna help me. he said they must scan the ID and they cant scan the licence. i told him that i am stranded and i had to use my last money to come withdraw. i then asked to speak to the manager by the name : Bongani Masoeu who also confirmed that they dont accept the licence and couldnt help even after i explained the additional cost that i spent to come to that place. its sad to be treated like your there to berg for money and your not important. i am not happy with that service and i want them to re-emborce me with my transport money and to up their service because last time i was on hello peter i was doing a complement for Shoprite in Randburg and i didnt expect to come back with a complain
