Complaint

Im so disappointed with service at Shoprite,Vosloorus. My niece bought bus ticket going to PE on 22nd to return on 25th Aug.When she got to terminus bus station in PE she was told her ticket was cancelled by the teller so her name was not on the list of passangers going to Jhb today. I had to deposit another money to buy her ticket to go back to Jozi.I just want to let people be aware of this situation,if i didnt have the mkney my niece would be stuck in PE
