Complaint

Today i asked to withdraw cash at a till point where i was assisted by Vutomi Mahori a cashier who was very rude and ***********,she told me that she doesn't have money after that one of her co worker came and she withdraw R500 while im standing there waiting to be assisted and she continued to withdraw money R800 and just ignored me as if im not a customer. She was very rude and lacks customer service skills.i believe she will be dealt with professionally and removed from the till poimt because she clearly has no work ethics and values.
