Complaint

I visited shoprite protea glen mall whereby somebody stole my cellphone inside my back pocket and I spoke to the manager denzel pillay who refuse to check the video footage for me he told me that he doesn't check the footage for customers or to give to the police is against the policy of shorprite protea glen mall.i was surprised as the are serving the community but he refuse to check the footage to see who stole my cellphone.maybe because I'm a black person or maybe he is serving the black community.i need this person to be removed as he doesn't know customer service or to help the customers who are giving him bread and butter on his table.
