Complaint

I work at Sam Ntuli mall so I went to Shoprite Sam Ntuli to buy lunch which just a simple sandwich and 2L of cooking oil but to my surprise the lady by the name of Dudu Zwane or Zulu I can’t recall told me she wants an extra savings card which I didn’t have at that time so she told me she can’t assist because I forgot the card….I not happy with the service she offered
