Complaint

Yesterday I was at shoprite late before they closed the shop asking for a cash back and they told me that they do not have money and all of the tills didn't have money how is that even possible and the guy who was helping me wasn't even willing to show assistance and he doesn't even listen attentively to me because I said to him i want R300 and he said that I said R100 and it ain't the first time he does that I wasn't happy with the assistance I got from shoprite yesterday
