Complaining customers

Today(25/10/2019) I went to shoprite in silverton to buy some snacks. I was assisted by Jostinah Bopape. She didn't respond when i great her. She just scan things that i was buying with a long face. No one to pack i had to pack it myself and she just throw the till slip at me.

All along i thought customers must be treated with a smile and respect. Shoprite should take their staff for training related to customer service.
