Complain khayelitsha mall poor customer services

First of all i got a voucher at work used it very fine

Secondly the cashier reedemed the voucher and said things should make exact R50 wich we have to look for something that makes that R50 then when i am coming back to her till point she is closing we must go to other counter now the problem begins the voucher already reedemed because the first one punched the first one and she is denying thag she punched the voucher went to buy meat had to go empty handed and no one is able to assist and check when the voucher was reedemed and in wich store i believe that was supposed to happen and check the cameras when the first one was putting the number in ..no way that i can just go to shoprite with invalid voucher wich worked the first time now the second one says its already reedemed no manager was able to assist they were on her side i am so ****ed off with pure service in khayelitsha
