complain

i sent money vai shoprite money send on the 21/12/2019 checkers gateway. i sent an sms to the reciever of the money with the pin. the intended recipient is from jhb. when the receiver went to collect the funds, they inform her the funds were withdrawn by a person i dont even know at Shoprite West street. i find very very disturbing that the person that withdrew the funds knew my name and surname and NO one where i live knows my names and surname. im not saying this is an inside job but there is no way that person could get my full names and surname.
