Complain

Hi I had an awful encounter with shoprite at city mall, on the 14th of July I went to enquire about bus tickets. I was on the queue and it was my turn cashier called me then I greeted and ask the lady “ Do you guys do bookings for bus tickets?” The lady rep**** we offline. I was confused and repeated my question do you guys do bookings or not she said we are offline basically we don’t do it, I just left the store frustrated and went to enquire online, today Afternoon I went to the same shoprite to buy a 2 lite of stoney and ask for cash back, when it was my turn to pay I greeted and asked the lady to give me a cash back before i even finished my sentence she rep**** “ we are offline “ I asked how because when i was standing on the queue I saw you doing cash and bank cards transactions what do you mean you’re offline? Lady was so irritated never took initiative to explain so that I can understand what she means im starting to feel the staff of that shoprite they are not willing to help customers by escaping things with “WE ARE OFFLINE “ it’s literally frustrating 😏😡
