Complain about shoprite

I went to shoprite with their black novembe4 days special fora blender advetised for R199 the morning the sale started ib the first shop the guy just said its finished then i rushed to the second ond both are in pretoria cbd at the second shoprite i found the small appliances stock controller packing his shelves i asked about it he said it aint there i asked why because the shop just opened and the special starts today he said their head office made mistake the blender was not supposed to be on special for that amount instead they told them to remove them on shelves. I looked for a store manager in the shop no one could assist in getting him/her. I am so disappointed by shoprite😭
