Complain about salty platter

Good Morning <br> <br> On the 13 December 2015 I place an order for my birthday, order was collected on time but it was too salty. I took back the platter to shorprite, the manager Mr Ivan Jansen promised to call me. I went several times to shoprite but they keep telling me the same story even today no one called me.<br> <br> Regards<br> Jennifer Moate
