Complain

Terrible customer service at shoprite Chris Hani mall, imagine walking into the store to buy a whole months grocery using the small basket trolley!! Me and my husband had to push 3 of those trolleys because we had lots of items, to make it worse we saw one of shoprite's employee pushing a big trolley and we had to ask her to please give it to us for use and she said she was using it ok fine we carry on shopping and come across her again pushing two empty trolleys again my husband asked her to give us one but she refused saying she's using them! I promise you I've never seen such I can't understand why we have to beg for a trolley from 1 of shoprite's employee's I would understand if we were begging from another customer. My husband went to the store manager Sizeni to tell her about the situation but she couldn't help us either telling us they are using them for back shopping and I don't understand what is back shopping because I'm here to buy groceries for my family. This is totally unacceptable!! I don't think I would do my shopping there ever again if this is the kind of treatment we get as customer's.
