Complain

I'm disgusted with the service received at Shoprite Sontonga Mall from branch, we (my family) have bee been buying stamps at Shoprite as our way of saving. I bought groceries with the hope of utilizing the stamps only came to my attention that some stamps were looted during the protest and I happen have that batch. I as the customer were not informed of such information and it is leaving with the bitter taste on my mouth as the branch manager told me he cannot accept the stamps.

Now I am still left with the stamps without resolution n I will like to find out if our worked hard cash has been ****med?
