Complain

It is very bad that I did my shopping at shoprite in Themba and waited 45 minutes to pay because of insufficient staff members. The shop is so big it has more than 20 counters but only 6 was operating today. This is very bad service when coming to customers and it shows that shoprite Temba doesn't value their customers. I regret going there today. Shoprite Temba must be like Spar in Jubilee mall where all counter are occupied with consultants, this is an abuse on our sister who were working today, they were only 6 helping nearly 1000 people who came to shoprite today. It is bad for management of Temba that they only allow this to happen to their store and this is not an axcuse of Covid 19 social destance there store has social distance even though they can allocate 20 cashiers. I bought groceries worth of R3000 today and I had to pack for my self not even a till packer for assistance. I'm deplely disappointed with the level so service at Temba shoprite it is indeed a bad service shoprite need to engage with management as we see it as an abuse to the staff as well. Where possible this must reach CCMA that magement of shoprite or shoprite in head office abuse staff.
