complain

I am not a happy customer. I am a regular customer of shoprite. I want to know if shoprite are different stores where the customer service it different from other shoprite that I have shopped from.

Shoprite Bara Mall is a busy store but you only find two till open out of 16 tills for the entire store. with long ques. what makes me angry apart from long ques is rude management and poor service from staff If a manager can be that rude how about the entire staff, that's what he teach and train all staff to be rude,I ask to speak to the manager who brand himself as Isaac the sales Manager. the man he shouldn't be there at all he has no manner of talking to customer, after asking him if he can open more tills his first words was ''Do not force me'' with an attitude whiles still talking to him he left me standing and he still did nothing about long ques and two poor cashier trying to put ques..i am not happy about this man

Shoprite is really taking advantage especial in townships your customer service is not acceptable... totally below standard of customer service...something should be done about this.is like we are bagging to shop there or spend our money
