Shoprite standerton how is it that you only let 4 cashiers work on a month end knowing that it will be buzy.who is monitoring that 1st till with less than ten items? How is it that I as a customer must wait for someone to authorize a mistake that was made by a cashier then wait 15 minutes to be assisted and the girl who was authorizing said can't I see that she is the only one authorizing and it's buzy? How is it that a cashier can tell a customer that it's not her job to pack she only scans.what do your cashier know about customer service? How is it that there was a long queue and your security guards are buzy disturbing cashiers because they wanted to buy quick on the side without being on queue.
