Competitions that doesn't allow you to participate.

This win a car competition is a ****. I bought at Shoprite in Pretoria and when I enter the code it says it has already been used and I've tried it a couple of times it still says its been used. When I checked my airtime balance it has charged me for all those attempts. This is sad coming from Shoprite.
