Cold hearted, rude, unfriendly Cashier with poor customer service

My partner and I went to Mams Mall Shoprite in Mamelodi Pretoria, where we usually do our weekly shopping, we even have an extra savings card(***) that we use frequently. My partner and I had a R50 digital voucher that we used to purchase food with. We were helped by the most unfriendly rude lady with a nasty attitude, Matsepe Kolobakang (I checked her name on the receipt). She was cold from the start when I approached the till and told her I'm using a digital voucher, when she put the voucher I ran short with 50c and I told her I don't have any money could she please assist me, she just looked at me stoned face and told me she doesn't have money with an attitude, the least she could've done is be nicer about it. I had to go around the store asking fellow customers for 50c and one kind man gave me R1 and I even went back to give him to give back the change and he said it's okay, I was touched. How can a cashier be so cold, for a mere 50c. It saddens me as a loyal customer of shoprite to be treated this way. That lady really needs customers service training. My partner witnessed the whole thing and is as shocked as I am, we go to that shoprite at least twice a week.
