Clown cashier service

I visited Shoprite Alex mall on the 26/04/24, it was in the afternoon and to get my essentials as my monthly routine. I patiently stood in line to pay for a long time as its month end and its busy everywhere, i got to the till and was assisted by cashier Sindisiwe Sithoki. I got to the till and first thing u see is the dirty till she works on from well items she has been pulling thru, i kindly asked her to wipe her till for me to be able to put on my groceries. She den gave me a blank stare and moved to take a FILTHY Brown wipe from opposite cashier, i overlooked that and we carried on with my cash out. She then stops and demands i tell her if i need plastics and i say not yet i have a bag ill see when we done if i need any she then shakes her head and carries on. I aslo had a hustle when i asked for cigarettes and sge was just plane rude and not any care in this world of time and said she wants to count all my groceries before I PACK for my self. This was the most awful,rude and unprofessional cashier i have seen in the store, she has a privileged attitude and sure as hell bet she knows nothing about treating clients fairly and with respect especially for her job. Client services training is essential for any business and Shoprite bet on the wrong horse with Sindisiwe Sithoki. If it was my business i would place her at the back receiving where shee packs stock and not serve clients, she doesn't smell as good as she thinks she is.
