Closing policy and Assault

I am so so disappointed with Shoprite closing procedure. I visited Shoprite at Twin City Mall in Bloemfontein on Saturday the 9th of January 2021,between 19:53 and 19:55. I was physically pushed out by the security officer(Ishmael),who told me that they close 15 minutes before 20:00, and it's their policy. I tried to show him the sign on the wall states closing time is 20:00,he closed the door on my face. I could not even take his name because all three of them(security officers),their name tags were put inside out. I then waited for him to open for exiting customer and went in. He the started to be physical with me again.I asked him to call the manager for me to at least explain their policy to me and he didn't even bother to. He just wanted me out.

We caused so much commotion until the manager on duty came and shouted at him to let me go,because she saw he was assaulting me.Pushing me against the glass door. We then went to the managers office and I got helped with my pack of cigarette after our discussion. The guy aggravated my back pain to the point I could not sleep the whole night. I even went to the police station the following day to open an assault case,I could not finish the session(open the case) because I was in pain. I only managed to visit the doctor on Monday.
