Client's need comes last at Alice U Save

I have just been at Alice U Save a few minutes ago to withdraw an amount of R400 that was sent by a friend of mine from Cape town. When i arrived at the counter the lady asked as to how much I wanted to withdraw and I told her that it was an amount of R400. She then said that there's not enough money and THAT WAS IT. I was now soo puzzled and asked at another lady who was at the counter if I (THE CLIENT) should come again and keep on checking / guessing infact, when there's enough money. I mean, they should've checked at other tills and not inconvenience me as their client. Do we as clients come last as Shoprite now? The store has been operating for less than 3 months and this is the treatment that we're getting???<br> I think we should just stick to the existing service providers that we had if this will be the treatment at Shoprite U Save.
