Chocco Pops porridge with defects in box

I Purchased a box of Chocco Pops, at Shoprite Milnerton, on 13 April 2015. We found grotesque sized clumpy dark waste, which is not for human consumption, inside the box. My daughter was so upset, she refuses to look at the product again. Shes always been fond of chocco pops in the past. I sent shoprite an email, with photos of the gross object, and on Friday past, I got a phone call from the buyer for chocco pops, who said I must return the box to shoprite, and get my R23 back. Its not about the money, but about checking the consignment, and preventing contaminated products reaching other consumers. Its a health issue. I want to know that I am buying a product of high quality, and stay a happy customer. The buyer said he would phone me back lunch time on Friday, but never did so. I would like to know how the company will resolve this. I have the box, and photos,
