Chicken Not cleaned properly

I have bought Farmers choice chicken from Shoprite Eldorado Park this is the 3rd 2kg chicken that the chicken has not been cleaned properly. It still has feathers and dirty stuff on it. The inside still has yellow stuff. It disgusting. Photos can be provided
