Checkers service?

Good day

I am a regular customer at this store; however the service here sucks!

The queues are never ending. And you have to hop from till to another.

You move to the express till (10 items and less) and you find other customers with a full trolley.

To my understanding if you have more than 10 items you need to move to a regular till.

Unfortunately that's not the case.

I understand that everyone wants to be helped but I cannot experience the same encounter every time.
