Checkers poor service

Since the company picks up under the shoprite group. My complaint goes out to checkers somerset mall. My wife, child and I went to buy a few things at this shop. Bare in mind we have bought a few things in our trolley prior to entering at another shop. My wife in addition is pregnant and struggles to be on her feet. We bought on the dot 10 items and stood in the 10 items or less express tills. The customer before us pointed out to the cashier we have more than 10 items and they did not want to assist us printing at the express 10 items rule like we are mutes and dummies. We advised the lady you did not even speak to us you just pointing what are we suppose to do. I then approached her saying the plastic containers were purchased prior to entering and we only have 10 items she then proceeded assisting us with an attitude I have photos of the items purchased what an ugly experience since we bought baby bibs and baby milk.
