Checkers Online shopping is a ****

I am really disappointed with Checkers Online shopping. I ordered Collagen Powder for R225 plus bread and bread rolls. Checkers never called me to say the Collagen was now out of stock yet when I ordered it said In stock. Now they delivered the bread rolls yet they processed R291 from my account. No money has been reversed and they do not want to pick up the bread and the rolls as I cannot now take an uber to their nearest store to drop the bread. I can pay R60 for just bread...this is ridiculous. I need all my money reverse, you cannot be *****ing from innocent people who are working hard to make a living. The agent that I spoke to was rude about my complaint and placed me on hold for over 20 minutes and didn't want me to speak to a manager. Please make plans and refund my R291 as well as getting your bread from my house. I can't spend R60 to get R60.

Online shopping should be convenient and customers should be contacted when an item is out of stock.
