Charity Vezi Shoprite Florida very rude and ***********, doesn’t deserve that branc manager seat no customer service at all

Hi I have a complaint with one of your managers a Branch manager to be specific Shoprite Florida, they said her name is Charity Vezi if I’m not mistaken, I’m flabbergasted by that woman’s rudeness, the special started on the 9th and was at the shop on the 10th and there’s no stock already, I asked for a rain check the lady refused and told me she will take my numbers and advise when stock arrives, when I told her but what if I’m not available on that day as I work shifts and not so normal days and I’m unable to come to the shop, I’m here now it’s my day for shopping I’ve never had issues with the rain check before as this store they understood dynamics, she totally lost it and threw a book at me and left just like that, left me with the junior staff by the name of Nonhlanhla, I wanted to post this on all my stockpiling groups on Facebook to seek advise about this matter, I mean if a senior manager can do that how do we expert good service from Junior staff, I mean how can I take her word for it that I will get these items whenever I come without a rain check when she is so unprofessional, What if she is not there,if rain check rules have changed why are we not notified as customers, we do understand changes happen but communication to your stake holders. I’m so dissapointed by this service
