Charging ****

I really like shopping at shoprite but now they are making it hell, last year I was charged for two 5kg braai packs when I had only purchased 2kg's then I was charged twice for bread I kept quiet but now they are making life difficult for us to keep quiet. on the 29-03-16 I had bought few grocery items on them there was two pack of detol soap but to my surprise I'm charged for three when I only had two. I don't know if this is a **** from them or what. On top of their bad service they do this to valued customers. This is frustrating since well their management gives attitude as well, customer service is definitely not shoprite's number one priority customers don't matter to them. I'm really saddened by this since I like shopping there.
