I have never felt small doing my shopping. so surprised on what shoprite is teaching their EMT.. Hasani at diepsloot mall could not greet me when I went to her till. She looked at me and did not even ask if I needed a bag. She kept on talking to the girl who was packing on her till in their language and couldn't even hear me when I asked if I can purchase with both cash and cars. I keps greeting her loudly but she was busy with her gossip and did not care... Why do township peaple work g in retail think they own those stores? Even whe we ask for cash backs it feels like we aski g for loans.. Hasani.. Be careful wat u do on ur terminal and how you treat them. You don't know who you are serving.. We have a lot of peaple who would be delighted to be in that seat.
