cell phone and bad services

hi i was attacked and ****** inside shoprite by 2 ****s and they took my cell phone and cash i then reported and tried to get assistance but there was no imediate assistance there is also no cameras in that section of the store the security was looking at me as if i am crazy the staff at the store was also not very helpfull and shoprite always says come shop in our store and feel safe now i dont i have contacted the headoffice but only recieved 1 call from them just to say they are looking into it the value on the phone itself is priceless the phone was a company bussiness phone i just want them to rep[lace my phone and to upgrade the service because i only shop at shoprite nowhere else pls can you assist as i am not getting any feedback the incident took place 3 weeks ago i need it resolved regards my email adress is [Email Removed]
