Casual workers violation

I am very devastated with Shoprite treatment to its casual workers, last year December we worked 10 days (night shift) at Bethal mall liquor store, but the regional manager came and told us we will be getting paid for 2 days, as the head office will not approve payments for 10 days but only for two days, and the rest of our 8 days are down to the drain, Shoprite is violating people's rights .
