Cashiers working without hand sanitizer and disinfectant

I went to Shoprite mangalani centre in Malamulele, I was buying groceries and went to cashier named Gladness, the lady did not have any disinfectant nor the sanitizer in her till, I asked the lady to sanitize ter handz before touching my grocer because she just finished counting the coins. She rep**** and said " if you want to pay where there is sanitizer you can go pay to some other till because Shoprite did not provide me with any hand sanitizer. " I refused to change to another till .until she went to other tills to look for the Sanitizer only to find that all the tills did not not have it as well except for kiosk. My consern is that how many customers are getting infected for Covid at Shoprite if the cashiers operates without hand Sanitizer. Is that following the SA regulatory, because every cashier is supposed to start operating in the till with a sanitizer.
