Cashiers not willing to assist having Bad attitude

I have never received such attitude from a money market consultant at morena mall ShopRite. The two consultant on Masego and Constance were rude not willing to assist. I provided proof of account of FNB however they wanted a bank statement. My proof had and address on the 12 of January poor service. It a new shop the already fail at assisting their customers
