Cashier with a good mindset

I went to shoprite in town center Mitchell's plain, I went to the kiosk since I didn't have that many items to buy. I wanted a Hollywood voucher as well as airtime and instead of just saying no, the cashier explained in detail that her system did not allow that purchase and that to me was so good because she was kind and felt really bad that she couldn't help me with that voucher. If there was so much more people like her who actually took the time to explain things clearly customer service would be so much better
