Cashier throwing her hand in my face.

I went to Sontonga mall yesterday on the 1st of September.Helping my elderly mother withdraw her pension money at the shoprite tills.The till we went to had a social grant sign hanging on top.Only to be told when getting to the till after a long queue cash only. No sign was put up to support that. Hence i asked the cashier by the name of SIBONGILE why they didnt put up a sign stating cash only? She answered me by saying dont make your problems mine when i asked her what she meant? She said i have a lot of energy throwing her hand in my face. With an attitude reading talk to the hand! Iasked to speak to the supervisor who didnt want to hear the story .Who just said lets go to another till with no apology whatsoever i asked him if they took their staff for customer service training? I told him i work with clients myself but i know how to speak to them in a professional manner.He said to me people have their days and are different when explaining to him that this is not the first time im experiencing bad service from their staff .He ignored me carried on with his work then i left.<br>
