Cashier says its not her job to take goods from the counter and scan. I must give it to her in her hand

Utterly disgusted. If it isn't her job than hire someone to do it. She expects the goods in her hand. She says all customers give it to her so its not her job. She had alot to say. She said she doesn't know where her manager is and her name isnt my business. I buy for thousands a week. All other staff are wonderful. Get rid of this rotten egg.
