Cashier insulting customer

Good day,

Am in Shoprite BaraMall I was trying to pay for someone as I was buying groceries and ask a client if I should pay for them since am using a voucher.... The cashier by the name: Mokhathutshelo Molaudzi.... Ask the lady that Shoprite.... An now we are called in the office..an this witness explaining,,, something that is not on ...and Rahab refused do admit ....saying ungangijwayeli Kabi,,,, I need an apology..... Now they writing..... Now everyone is against.... Me including Isaac just because their Cashier said *ungangijwayeli amasimba*... I want the person who said am committing ***** and I want to speak to the CEO don't bother to call if you're a manager...

Shoprite BaraMall managers allowing Cashier's to insult their customers!!!!! Over voucher purchase!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

I raised my voice to the lady refusing to admit that she said "ungangijwayeli Kabi" which means **** you in a sense guys... Isaac said he is able to trace the voucher but forgot to address the matter that I was insulted, none of the people had apologies!!!!! That lady needs to write a letter of apology.... I never insulted her!!!!!!!

It is sad that I haven't got feedback from Shoprite Bara Mall or head office about insults I had received yesterday from Mokhathutshelo Molaudzi, Isaac and Rahab, this how *********** I feel the company is... There are cameras at Shoprite and I require a footage with were this cashier insulted me since she refused to admit ... The management was concerned if the voucher was *****ulent or legit, I also require them to do a follow up and proof of it was *****ulent..... Failer to do so I will escalate the matter to my lawyers!!!! I won't allow to be discriminated by this kind of behaviour!!!! 😡😡😡I still await feedback!!!

I only received a call from a lady in Customer care and told me I will be contacted by Shoprite BaraMall!!!! GUESS WHAT UNTIL TODATE I NEVER GOT ANY FORMAL APOLOGY FOR ALL THE EMBARRASSING MOMENTS I WENT THROUGH IN THAT STORE!!!!!😡😡
