Cashier gave brother **** money at money market

I'm so disappointed at the cashier and manager at Shoprite Taung. I send my brother to withdraw the money at shoprite money market this morning. It was amount of R600.00. He got the money. He then went to the bank to deposit it, amount of R500.00. As his at the bank ATM to deposit the money, it didn't allow him to deposit R100 X2 and that time he didn't realize it if its a **** money then he exchanged other R100 with the R100 he got. Then deposited it and it went through. He then went to the same shoprite to buy things i asked him to buy for me. He took everything he needed then went to the cashier to pay. That's when the cashier advise him that he had a **** money. He then went to money market to advise them that the money he got earlier from the cashier was ****. The manage agreed to watch the camera without him. After they returned saying it doesn't show in camera the cashier checking the money if its real before giving it to my brother so he need to sort it with the cashier. He came with the police and the manager Mr Aubrey Van Rooyen still refused saying its my brother's loss for not checking first. Can't also the cashier be wrong only the customer is wrong at Shoprite TAUNG.
